Our leadership successfully brokered the multi-million dollar West Oak Lane Charter School real estate development, transforming the West Oak Lane neighborhood in Philadelphia.  In New Orleans, we secured $13 million from public and private sources—more than quadrupling taxpayer contributions of $3 million—to support the city's Economic Development Organization (EDO) over two years, including $2 million in EDA and state grants.  Our leadership helped drive a local EDO to national recognition, earning 11 IEDC awards in three years while maintaining unmodified audit opinions year after year.
